Va transmitem mai jos mesajul ACE (Consiliul Arhitectilor din Europa)
privind organizarea evenimentului* GeoBIM Europa 2014*, care va avea loc la Amsterdam, Olanda, in perioada 19-20 nov. 2014.

*GeoBIM Europa 2014 *este un forum de dezbateri si schimb de idei la nivel inalt intre BIM, comunitatea geo-spatiala si partile implicate in domeniul constructiilor, incluzand factorii politici decizionali, sectorul guvernamental si public, dezvoltatorii de infrastructura, firmele de constructii/antreprenori EPC, firmele de inginerie, consultantii, institutiile si agentiile financiare, furnizorii de solutii IT si institutiile academice si de cerecetare din intreaga Europa.

Partenerul guvernamental al evenimentului este *Rijkswaterstaat* (Departamentul Lucrarilor Publice si Gospodaririi Apelor) din Olanda, fiind sprijinit de ACE.

GeoBIM Europe 2014 is a high level discussion forum for interchange of
ideas between BIM, geospatial community and the construction stakeholders, including policy makers, government and public sector,
infrastructure developers, construction companies/ EPC contractors,
engineering companies, consultants, financial institutions and banks,
project executing agencies, IT solutions providers and academic and
research bodies across Europe.

This event, organised with the support of the Architects' Council of
Europe, will take place on 19-20 November in Amsterdam .

Rijkswaterstaat to support GeoBIM Europe 2014 as Government Partner
Rijkswaterstaat, the government department responsible for the construction of roads, bridges, tunnels and other infrastructure in The Netherlands, has agreed to be Government Partner of GeoBIM Europe 2014.

Rijkswaterstaat has been working with BIM since 2012 in various
construction projects in Netherlands. They have been appointed as the
national coordinating agency for BIM policy development in the country and actively representing Netherlands in the European BIM Group.
Rijkswaterstaat works with wide-range of construction stakeholders network locally and regionally.

"The use of open BIM-standards during construction and in the life-cycle of our infrastructure is our goal. Geo-information and infrastructural information has to be connected. In this conference both European and national policies are combined on this subject", said Herman Winkels, Program Manager BIM at Rijkswaterstaat.
